For 11 years, Welcome to My Father’s House has shared Christ’s love through our annual Baskets of Love Christmas outreach. What began as a small effort to serve families in need has grown into a movement of compassion—blessing hundreds of families and seniors every December.
This year’s outreach takes place December 6–13, 2025, and we invite you to join us in bringing food, joy, and hope to families across Guatemala.
With the help of a dedicated volunteer team, we will package and distribute more than 10,000 pounds of food across four communities and their local church partners:
Tabacal
Zapote
San Felipe
La Reina
We are also providing baskets to every family enrolled in the WTMFH Education Program, helping ensure their children can learn and grow without the burden of severe food insecurity.
In addition to family food baskets, we will deliver 125 Senior Care Packages to older adults served by the San Lucas Sacatepéquez Elderly Program. These packages offer nutritious foods, small gifts, and the comfort of knowing they are not forgotten.
Many of these seniors live alone or without consistent support. Your generosity reminds them that they are deeply loved.
Right now, 230 families are awaiting assistance.
For many, this project represents their only opportunity all year to receive such a substantial amount of food—more than 40 pounds at once.
Each Basket of Love includes essentials such as:
Rice
Beans
Cooking oil
Oatmeal
Hygiene supplies
Small gifts for children
These gifts relieve the daily pressure of food scarcity and create a joyful, hope-filled Christmas celebration.
